Fishing and picnic dinner

Last Sunday we went to the lake and had a picnic dinner. Josh and Ian did some fishing and Nathan and I took a walk around the park. It was a beautiful day to be outside!

Four months and he's ready to fish with the guys!
Josh casting.
Ian acting very silly. He kept jumping up and down in front the camera making it extremely difficult to take a picture. Here are some pictures from my walk.

Nathan's first time eating cereal 8/26/09

Nathan wasn't crazy about eating the cereal. He made lots of faces and didn't open his mouth much. Josh managed to get some cereal in him. Nathan is wearing the awesome bib Aunt Linette made for him.

My birthday-Labor Day weekend

The weekend of my birthday Josh had off for four days. It was great to have him around. On the other hand the weekend was a sad one since my Grandpa passed away from cancer. On Friday we traveled down to Hellertown so that we could attend the memorial service on Saturday morning. It was a nice service and we were able to meet some family members on the Segaline side. (I'm hoping to post some pictures of my Grandpa soon)We headed back home in the afternoon because it was a long month of traveling south every weekend and we felt we needed to be home.

We went to a pancake breakfast at the airport with some friends. We all enjoyed watching the airplanes land and then taking a closer look once they were on the ground.

Here is Ian pretending to be an airplane.

One of my birthday cakes. I couldn't decide what to get so we bought two.

So much to catch up on!!!

Today we went to Nathan's 4 month appointment. He weighs 17.4 lbs and is 26 3/4 inches long. He is still in the 95th percentile in both weight and height. He's been teething since he was about 2 1/2 months and his bottom right tooth is almost here. He is putting everything into his mouth. Nathan has been eating cereal for a few weeks, but tonight I made him some acorn squash and he loved it!

Here are some pictures of him at four months. He's growing up so fast.
Nathan giving his brother a kiss.

I love watching the boys together. They have lots of fun together already. Nathan giggles at Ian and Ian loves to entertain Nathan.
