I really can't believe how fast Nathan is growing. He is wearing his 18 month clothing without a problem and is ready to move up to size 4 diapers. He loves to play with Ian and pull his hair at any chance he gets. His giggles are contagious and his smiles are endless. Some new foods: bananas, prunes, and an apple blackberry mixture.
waiting to get a picture today
Today we went to Ian's friend's Charlie's house for preschool. The boys played for hours and Nathan feel asleep while the Mommies talked.
Tonight, Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Vanessa are coming to visit for the weekend. It will be nice to have them here.

Riding the Santa Express
Happy Birthday Josh!!
Today is Josh's 32nd Birthday. After work we celebrated his birthday with Chinese food and birthday cake. I made a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing at his request. It was very good!! He opened one of this birthday presents last night. He got a Sirius satellite radio. Hopefully it will make his drives to and from work more enjoyable. I hope you have a wonderful birthday Josh!!! I love you xoxox

Lights, Lights, and more Lights!
Last week Josh put the lights up on the outside of the house. He trimmed the house in white and blue lights. The bushes on the ends of the house are also white and blue and then the bushes and the star are in white lights.
Here is Josh and his helper, Ian. This is a picture of the first day of decorating. We needed to buys more lights for the bushes, but the house looks great already.
Everything is decorated!! Our house is the brightest on the block!
It's hard to see the blue in the pictures, but it look very nice.

Time to decorate our Christmas tree!! It's Josh's job to put the lights on the tree.
Dickens of a Christmas Weekend in Wellsboro
This past weekend was Dickens of a Christmas. It's one of the big events in Wellsboro. On Friday night we had dinner together and did a few activities and then Josh went to the hunting camp to go hunting with Dad Long and Tim. On Saturday, part of the man street is closed for vendors and crafters. Many of the churches and library have something indoors so everyone can defrost. It's a great time for everyone. The kids and I started off the day very early by going to a breakfast with Father Christmas. We had pancakes, ham, eggs, toast, hash browns and of course dessert.
Ian was able to do a few crafts. He made a card, a candy cane with beads and pipe cleaners, scratch off ornaments, and a coloring activity.

Here we are outside on Main St. These people did a skit about snake oil and how it can cure anything. It was a good laugh!

Nathan was worn out by all of the activities..eating, smiling, laughing..It's a tough job being a baby!

Pastor Peter displays his trains set for everyone to enjoy. Ian loves to watch the trains.

Here is one of the decorated gas lit lanterns in town. I love the way they decorate town during the Christmas season!

There were wagon rides pulled by horses.

We bumped into Father Christmas in town.

Nathan was all bundled up. It began to snow and was very cold!
One of our stops was to the St. Peter's where they had a train layout. Here Ian is blowing the train whistle.

Ian is waiting for the train to pick up the mail.

On Sunday after brunch we went to cut our Christmas tree down. We found a little tree farm near Hills Creek State Park.
